General Information[]
Wally, unlike many other sixteen year olds, didn't have a starter Pokemon set in stone. Instead, he visited the Gym Leader of his hometown, Petalburg City, and asked if the the Leader, Norman, would help him catch one. Will and Lily were at the Gym at the time, so when Wally asked Norman for help, the Gym Leader thought it would be a good idea for Will to help. The three teens then worked together, and, in the end, Wally ended up catching Ralts. With his fierce determination, Wally will definitely be a tough competitor in the Ever Grande Conference.
